During it’s first fortnight of being open, the Craft Council Gallery provided a tour to our Tuesday’s Make and Mend group. 

This new exhibition Gaining Grounds explores craft as ‘a form of living knowledge that shapes global cultures and our relationship to nature.’

Craft Council’s very own Ben walked us through the exhibition giving us invaluable information about the works that have been curated by Ligaya Salazar. From a mixture of film, photography, raw materials and audio our group were engulfed by the show. There were smiles all round and fascinated ears, we thank the Craft Council for their hospitality.
