Testimonial from Dawn
“I have been practicing yoga with Shirley for the past year. As an older woman sometimes you can feel intimidated by certain yoga classes – not this one! Shirley inspires confidence to take things at your own pace whilst encouraging you to push yourself to your own limits. I have seen a vast improvement in both my strength and flexibility. I can’t wait to start again in September. Thank you Holborn House for providing such a wonderful asset to our community”
A little bit about Shirley
Shirley is a Yoga Alliance accredited yoga teacher. Completed other training included injury modification training. Teaches hot yoga in studios around London. After getting injured I started yoga as a way to heal faster. I enjoyed the whole-body approach. Working on mind, body and spirit at the same time. Staying strong and de-stressing in one class. My teaching styles take a warm and friendly approach. Supporting people to reach their potential. Creating an empowering environment. I believe in yoga for everyone and every body type.
We aim to be all inclusive and accessible for all. If you need wheelchair/lift access, please call us beforehand.
