Today’s session is cancelled due to wet weather. Join us indoors at Holborn House for our Tai Chi Taster, 12.30-1.30pm.
Enhance your wellbeing and stay active with a weekly meditation of simple, flowing movements in the beauty of nature. Every Friday in Brunswick Square Gardens from 24 May- 9 August.
These classes are offered for free to HCA members as part of Camden’s Active For Life campaign for people aged 60+. HCA membership is free. We’ll have a member of HCA’s team at each Outdoor Qi Gong session who can give you a registration form and answer any questions you might have.
Meet in the centre of Brunswick Square Gardens, between the two great plane trees, from 15 minutes before the session.
