Over the last few weeks members of our community have been slowly making their way around the Capital Ring walk. We started in Woolwich on 5th June, and our little group made it through a very hilly 7 miles in the sunshine.

The group is designed to support local people to get more confident with walking, getting out of central London and exploring different areas with experienced walker.

So far we’ve done three walks, and have made it as far as West Norwood, who knows what adventures are to come!

If you’d like to get involved, our next walk is on Saturday 19th July, and will be 7 miles from Upper Norwood to Wimbledon Park.

We’ll be meeting at Farringdon Station at 9.45am and will return to central London by 4pm.
