The Youth Arts Group had a wonderful time working with Mountain Way Pictures and Cockpit Studios on a 3 day film project.

The young people not only had the opportunity to learn film making and editing skills from Will and Geroge from Mountain Way Pictures but also learnt creative skills from the makers at Cockpit Studios. 

Through the interviews young people learnt about the creative process followed by each of the makers, the time taken to create their work, the tools and techniques they use, their inspiration and motivation behind their practice as well as where their work gets sold and displayed.

Having the opportunity to learn from the film makers, the group also got a hands on experience and a glimpse into the makers world.
