Holborn Community Centre has been awarded £1000 from Leyland SDM as part of their #GiveLondonaLift campaign.

Leyland SDM is a decorating and DIY specialist with 23 stores across London embedded in the local community.  Their campaign will see them award to 10 deserving organisations £1000 to spend in store on materials.  HCA was their first grant winner and will use the money to give their Millman Street Centre spruce up both inside and outside.  

HCA’s Operations Manager Andrew Bater quotes “There is lots to do in the Centre, it’s quite an old building and need a bit of sprucing up! We’ve got an opportunity now to do some decorating repainting some of the room, particularly focusing on the male and female toilets.  We have a patio garden area we want to paint too.  The money we get from Leyland SDM will really help us do this”
