The Holborn Community Association first opened in 1989, marking 2024 as our 35th year.

Our mission was and still is to bring people together and improve the health and well-being of our community through arts, care, movement and play. We have continued to do that since.

To celebrate, we have had a few special events marking the fantastic work we’ve done over the years and the people we’ve helped.

We held a corporate event with our amazing dancers with Akademi, captivating all with their wonderful, graceful movements.

There was a sensory play session where children under 5 came with their families to partake in all the wonderful play activities, such as sand, soft play, printing, etc.

We had a beautiful story bank event where locals shared their connection and memories to HCA by sharing photos and their personal stories.

There was also a family art party where children and families came to enjoy some artsy fun, including;  bracelet-making, block printing, painting, softplay, drawing/colouring etc with snacks, drinks and cake!

Thank you to everyone who attended our events and helped us to commemorate this milestone for HCA!

We hope to continue having your support and look forward to another 35 years and beyond.
